This is unusual, and it would likely only happen with a respectable registrar if there was a dispute with ICANN.

...or an ICE/DHS seizure conducted independently of your registrar.

Isn't this exactly what happened to the person who posted this?

To be honest, music often distracts me, but even distractions can be good sometimes. They get your mind off the issue at hand so you can work on things subconsciously. You might jump to a new issue and find the solution to the old one.

I listen to a large variety of music, but for programming, I normally listen to heavy metal and recently I have been listening to dubstep. It is my favorites of what I would normally listen to, though. I find it best to keep the playlist short, though. After hearing the same thing repeatedly, it becomes background noise and only pulls me out of focus periodically. Like I said, that can also be a good thing.

The ability to eradicate numerous diseases may be one of the greatest achievements of mankind. I do not think this story is one to be overlooked if his achievements are applicable to humans.

This is a great suggestion because this is how I first became involved in programming. We had these books with code for BASIC in school, and I typed the code. After drawing random circles and stuff, I kept modifying the code to make it do different things. From that point, I started writing little games, and I would work on those while we had our computer lab time. (Most of the kids would simply play games during that time.) I would work on code within notebooks at home and was anxious to bring it to school so I can type in my code and see the results.

This is very well written and makes a lot of sense. I am certain that a vast amount of the population has wondered why no action has been taken against anyone in regards to the financial collapse. Interestingly, we are only now seeing the government looking into matters involving S&P after the S&P lowered the credit rating.

I can imagine that the industry is innovating. If not with standard technologies, they must be evolving their business practices. I am not sure if the magazine sells have declined, but I can only imagine that they have. If so, there would be a necessity to innovate in the realm of business operations and monetizing in order to compete with free offerings.

Ruby coders are rock stars. Perl hackers are sorcerers. PHP coders are ninjas. This must be what they mean in their coded job descriptions.

I avoid a response after someone says it. Most of the time, I do not think they notice, but sometimes I get a "Why do you never say 'Thank you' when I say 'Bless You!'" from a person. My response is that I would be thanking someone for doing something for me, but the person has not done anything. If saying 'Thank you' was a polite response to me saying something according to the rules of society, people should be thanking me when I say hello. I do not say "God Bless You" or "Thank You" in response to this. I must agree with you that the meme is purposeless. I have no trouble with people saying "Bless You" in any way, but it should not be related to something mundane such as a sneeze.

When people say "It is raining cats and dogs," I am afraid they will get the message that harm is coming to innocent animals. We must, for the love of dogs, stop this type of communication at once.

Allowing individuals to sign up via their Facebook accounts, Google, etc. has already been considered, and I am going to implement that in the future.
