I've spent the last few years managing a cross-functional team in the design, development, and support of an internal design system from the ground up. This design system was then adopted by the rest of the organization and now fuels multiple applications, which requires our team to work closely with internal clients, while also gathering feedback from the Product team to improve the overall experience for our customers.
I'm looking for a management opportunity to lead a user-centered team to craft top-notch experiences. I prefer to lead shoulder to shoulder, building a strong relationship with the team and encouraging advocacy and healthy conflict to ensure the team is producing the best results possible, while learning from each other and building their own relationships as well.
