The great Federation problem. It still looks messy in 2023

Africa is pretty adapted to climate. Putting them into more debt doesn't seem to make sense.

Pretty much capitalism at work

Apple going for quantity rather than quality. Or with $$ quantity is its quality.

With classical music particularly, that in a way is almost more important. The thing about quality is it is subjective and people's tastes are different in so many different parameters and interpretive choices that its useful to have different versions of the same piece as far wide as you can provision.

There are some pieces the artist departs from the letter of the page while still capturing the spirit or vice versa (useful for technically analysing the piece) or by eschewing both and radically reinterpreting the music to the extent its practically a different piece. Quality will never capture the sheer range of artistic and interpretive beauty inherent to any given piece or available through good old stochastic performance.

This has got to be one of those insular group surveys because what are these people making with python? Not games, not websites, not mobile apps, what?

Here you can read about their methodology https://spectrum.ieee.org/top-programming-languages-methodol...

Ah they use stackover flow and google. I always wonder if the languages with the most search's just have more problems but it still doesn't answer the question of what people are doing with python?

Pump and dump. These startups are too high tech so they burn money faster than they can lure people in to invest

I have yet to start an AI project

With all that said what does it do well? Why the move to ARM?

Seems like the thing to do nowadays
